November 22: Success Reimagined

Erika Royal

From the outside, it looked like Erika Royal had the perfect life. She was earning a great income as a partner at a national, top 50-ranked law firm. She had the house, the car, the beautiful family. But while she was outwardly succeeding, she realized she was inwardly suffering…

Phew! Sound familiar, doesn’t it?  That’s why we invited Erika to speak to us about how she changed her life by reorienting her thoughts on what success means and looks like. Join this discussion and brainstorm ways to redefine your successes and make a lasting impact.

ABOUT ERIKA ROYAL

Erika Royal is the former Chief Executive Officer of The Life Coach School, a multimillion-dollar life coaching and life coach training and certification organization.

Prior to joining The Life Coach School, Erika was an employment law partner at AmLaw 100 law firm Holland & Knight LLP where she defended management and corporate clients against individual, collective and class action employment-related claims. Erika also provided strategic advice and counsel on all aspects of the employment relationship, as well as employment law and workplace culture training to her clients.

In 2017, having realized that she was white-knuckling her way through her life, Erika made the life-altering decision to hire a coach, which led to the even more life-altering decision to become one.

Erika is a wife, and mother to two teen girls, a teen son, and a puppy. Erika holds degrees from Florida State University (BA-English Literature) and Harvard Law School (JD), as well as certification from the Life Coach School. She is currently Chair of the Board of Directors for LifeNet4Families, a local nonprofit whose mission is to provide a gateway to stability for people experiencing hunger, homelessness and/or poverty.

All virtual sessions take place on Fridays from 12:30pm to 1:30pm EDT. Replays are available for one month, within the membership portal.
