March 7: The Posture of Self-Empathy
Elena Brower
In this empowering session, Elena Brower invites you to explore The Posture of Self-Empathy—a foundational practice for women who are leading, both inwardly and outwardly.
As women navigate complex roles and responsibilities, it’s easy to overlook the most important leadership relationship: the one we have with ourselves.
Elena will guide us through the transformative power of self-empathy, teaching us how to create a supportive inner dialogue that nurtures our own growth, while also allowing us to lead with more grace, authenticity, and resilience. You’ll discover how self-empathy can shift your posture—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally—so that you can show up fully, without sacrificing your own needs or sense of self.
Whether you’re leading in your personal life, your career, or your community, this session will remind you that the most powerful leadership starts from within. By practicing self-empathy, you’ll find the courage to face challenges, the confidence to trust yourself, and the ability to inspire others with a leadership style that is grounded, compassionate, and deeply aligned with your true essence.
