January 31: First Generation Professionals
MICHELLE HOOVER
First-generation professionals are the first in their working-class families to enter the white-collar world, and they are among the hardest-working and most resilient groups in today’s workforce.
They’re also among the most overlooked. (Have you heard of FGP? We hadn’t!).
Fortunately, Michelle Hoover, an FGP herself, is on a mission to mobilize all FGPs — including first-generation college students, people raised in rural areas, and individuals from working-class backgrounds — to advance and succeed. Whether you’re a FGP or leading a team of FGPs, you won’t want to miss Michelle’s discussion on this influential group.
