Kirstine began her career at Paragon, where she quickly rose through the ranks to become president, leading television content licensing and global distribution efforts into emerging markets.

She authored the bestseller *Our Turn*, an internationally acclaimed and national best-seller book on leadership, published by Penguin Random House and is now building a content offering to expand the learnings within the business book.

A respected board member and corporate advisor, Kirstine serves as an advisor for the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders (YGL) and is Board Chair for Blink49 Studios, a global entertainment production studio, and Rivalry, a global Esports and gaming company. Her leadership extends to nonprofit advocacy, with roles on the boards of the Coalition of Innovation Leaders Against Racism (CILAR) and the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) Foundation and the tech organization C100.
