I’m sharing with you a bit more about who the On Friday woman is, and why I co-founded On Friday with Julie. I hope this speaks to you and that you choose to come forward with us!
So who is the On Friday woman?
She is experienced & established (this isn’t her first rodeo!);
She loves elevating other women;
Learning lifts her;
She thrives being resourced by other women;
She craves weaving connections with women but doesn’t have an abundance of free time;
Business, Life & Wellbeing are topics she devours when given a moment to herself;
She wants to invest in herself — a cadence, format, and price point that works for her;
She loves having fun and welcome a good laugh amongst other women.
Is she you?
You may be a solopreneur working from home on your own, an interior designer, a sales rep, an agent, a writer, a coach, a creator, a professional with your own practice. You could be leading a team within a company, leading a family. The list is endless…
The common thread woven through us all is that we’re independent, we love the work we do, we’re established and most notably, we love expanding ourselves, thrive in connecting, and love elevating women.

Why did I co-found On Friday?
I co-created On Friday because it feels supportive & joyful to come together as we transition in life, in business, in parenting, and in our bodies to share stories, learn from one another and lift each other.
At this phase of my life, at 45, I want to be surrounded by incredible women more than I ever have in my life. Women of all ages have resourced me the past few years. We’re meant to be together. We are designed to lift each other.
This business On Friday is because I know the power when women come together and tap into the well of wisdom from other women.
And it’s exactly what I want for myself, too.
As Michelle Obama says, ‘let’s keep pushing the doors open for others’ and as I say, let’s keep reminding each other of who we are.
